We chose this cruise due to timing and itinerary. This was our first RC Cruise, we have cruised mainly Norwegian and also cruised with Carnival once. First ... what impressed me... the staff... they actually seemed to be enjoying their jobs and all that we personally encountered were friendly and helpful. The ship itself I thought was in good shape, I was concerned after hearing it was going into dry dock next year. What did NOT impresss me was the dining ... let me say we do not do the pay restaurants... I feel like you shouldn’t have to pay extra to enjoy good food!! The choices in the main dining room were extremely limited... when we ate there it was good but variety was not there ( Norwegian has them beat on dining in my opinion, more choices, anytime dining and no dressing up!! Unless you want to ...) the windjammer buffet had some of the same every night and some variety .. we mainly ate there out of convenience. Overall would I cruise RC again ..... maybe..The itinerary was awesome and the staff were great this cruise was just lacking good food choices.

Our cabin was just what we needed. Our cabin steward was very attentive. I would choose this again!
