I am an Elite Princess cruiser and selected this second cruise on princess this year to enjoy as always. Service was good, food excellent, entertainment mostly good but....1. Port stop at Bonaire should be improved - took beach break excursion from ship and cut it short because selection of beach was terrible: odor at beach and access to water less than desirable and $25 per person charge for school bus transport and beach chair with poor bathroom facilities at beach was way over priced. 2. Princess has changed coffee card perks. New card has expiration date (limiting how many cruises you can use unused punches) and now they sometimes enforce no free brewed coffee or tea at International Café with card. Strange customer satisfaction model that asks you to pay $1.25 for brewed coffee but you can eat all the cake/sweets you want for free with it. 3. They continue to serve lousy coffee in dining room except for last dinner on cruise. How can they serve better coffee then but not before? 4. Lobster tail dinner on last formal night was broiled but not served with butter. Extremely dry and lacking taste. Wasted good lobster tails.
