The Good-
Staff- Viking should branch out and open a school to teach outstanding customer service to every other company in the world. I hold an Executive MBA and have studied good customer service. THEY NAILED IT! I have never experienced anything of the like.
I will say, I am not a high maintenance customer. ( I am 47, female, active single.) With that said, everyone from the housekeeper to the captain was amazing.
Cabin totally rocked it. Our luggage fit under the bed, which gave us more room. There were plenty of electrial outlets, and even an outlet that fit our American plugs. The heated floor in the bathroom has made me include that in my own master bath remodel. The showers had tons of water pressure and the provided bath products were heavenly. The balcony was lovely, although sparingly warm enough to sit out there. We were there March 30-April 6.
