We chose this cruise because of the itinerary. We didn't actually care for the ship, as the layout is quite different than others in the fleet. The main auditorium is way too small, we went through 3 tv remotes during the cruise, the toilet was split and had to be replaced, the American Table menu is OK but lacked some of our favorites and the dining room service was VERY slow (at least 1.5 hrs. +). The live music and shows were OUTSTANDING! I purchased a shore excursion to Orient Beach and Maho Beach but didn't make it to OB. VERY disappointed! Should have been told beforehand we weren't going. Very few activities prior to noon. No trivia until noon. Room service once per day. Was one hour late for embarkation and not allowed to just walk aboard (we're Platinum). Told "we already boarded you people an hour ago"! Very rude!
