Royal Caribbean doesnt disappoint. My 4th cruise with them, slight loss of personal attention, but for a mega ship like Harmony, they did a great job. Never felt like I was with 6400 people. Parents please learn to keep your kids controlled running around the ship. Nothing worse than the people who are there to enjoy this beautiful ship to be bumped, bruised and listen to whining all the time. Yes rccl is a family ship, guess I'm from a generation that respected the presence of all others in my general vicinity. Other than that the ship and crew don't dissapoint. Harmony is by the best ship I have been on. It takes some getting use to doing everything electronically. Crew does depend on it too much, causing crew with less better English to do jobs that may better suited for better English crew. In all RCCL for life, keep up the good work
