We chose this cruise because we wanted to see the Mediterranean. To that end it achieved all we wanted. Although given that it happened over the Easter period you would have thought that the cruise line would have known that some of the ports of call would have been closed on certain days because of religious sensitivities and that they could have arranged the itineraries some what differently. Apart from the service given by our waiters and cabin steward I found in general that the service on the ship was poor. The food was not to my liking as I prefer plain cooking, in fact this was the first cruise that I have been on where I lost weight. The reception desk staff were worse than useless and could not or would not give any help at all.

The entertainment was excellent particularly the Headliners. The shore excursions were typical of excursions that all cruise lines book and were no better or worse than any others. The ship could have offered a little more organisation to disembark for the tours other than a short line in the daily paper saying to proceed ashore a little before departure and find your coach.

Cabin Review

Outside Twin with Shower

Cabin LC

Small with limited storage space but the window was very large comprising almost one entire wall of the cabin.
