I selected Azamara based upon the itinerary that offered 6 full days in Cuba, providing the opportunity to explore this culturally rich, historical country. The stateroom was very comfortable and spacious as long as you put everything away. The bed and linens were very comfortable and allowed for restful sleep. The shower is incrediblebly small but does the job. The food was good and offered a solid variety to satisfy most taste. The all inclusive concept of wine, select alcohol, beer and gratuities was a huge plus.
The highlight of the ship however was the service. The crew was attentive, professional yet friendly and went out of their way to assist. The entertainment was limited but the itinerary kept us so busy, I welcomed the quiet time. The security was on point, ensuring we accessed the boat with ease. Overall, it was an excellent cruise, the minor concerns were just that, minor and not significant enough to share. I will add, the internet package was slow and unreliable, buy what you need.

Spacious for an interior, clean, comfortable. Extremely small shower stall. Located around the corner from the self serve laundry, very convenient.
Colonial Trinidad - hour plus drive to the town center, stopped for a tour, refreshments and shopping, then repeated that in another location and then headed to lunch at an open air restaurant with a show. The food was average and although it could accommodate all of the tour buses, a smaller venue would have been nicer. After eating, we took the long ride back. The drive was draining and had that been communicated in the description, I would have selected a different tour.
