We were really looking forward to this trip, especially since TUI advertise that hey recently won family awards. However once on the ship we realised it is: -

1. Old, past it’s best. The carpets were tatty, there were often dodgy smells (as if toilets were blocked.)

2. Not great for kids at all. The kids pool is tiny, no play areas at all. Other passengers wanted them to be seen and not heard. Kids buffet started at 7 (well past the adult buffet!) small kids were not even allowed in the pool (no swim nappies allowed.)
