This was a good family cruise. It was spring break so we expected lots children and young adults. Never had a problem getting into the MDR and shows. The MDR food was good (not great) and much better than lido. The service in MDR is outstanding which more than made up for it. I preferred MDR way more than lido. The pizza, blue iguana taco/burrito, and guy's burgers were great. The burgers were really, really good. There are enough choices for food that it was not a problem finding something to eat. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. The cabin was clean and adequate for our needs. The cruise director (Reverend E) was phenomenal. He and his staff made the cruise very entertaining. I purchased the premium internet service. It was ok and generally had no issues connecting. Really loved the Hub app. Paid $5 for the chat service and never regretted it. The HUB app has a feature that you can mark the things you want to do and it will remind you when it is time for that event. The dining options/menus are also available on the app. The app is free. Only the chat is extra ($5 per person). Also purchased the all inclusive Pixel Package ($249). I like having pictures so buying a package is worth it to me. The package was only available pre-cruise. You also have to activate it once you get there. The quality was not as good as I hoped but still like the pictures. The process of finding and tagging the pictures you want takes some effort. For that reason only, I might not do the Pixel Package again. Even some that I tagged I ended up not getting in my package. Then on the last day had to stand in a long line to claim the pictures. I would have rather be enjoying the cruise. Just deliver them to my room since I have already paid for it. Pixel Package needs some work to be of value.

Shows:

They were ok. I have seen much better. We enjoyed all the shows but it seemed comparable to high school musicals, just a little better. We still enjoyed it and appreciated the artistic talent available. Did not have any issues getting in to see a show. Plenty of seating available.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin 8G

Cabin was clean and enough room for the 3 people in our family. We really enjoyed the balcony and the location was excellent. I was initially worried about it being close to the pool, lido, and elevators but that turned out to be a plus. It was in a great location and we were never bothered by noise. Given the choice I would select the same room again. Our room attendant was great. You can have the room serviced in the morning, evening, or both. There was continual maintenance occurring during the week (cleaned windows, changed bedding, etc.). Each time we were notified the day before of when the maintenance would occur and how long it would time.
