Mini cruise to Zeebrugge. This cruise was a nightmare from start to finish, as we spent half the cruise queuing.

Departure delayed for over 4 hours, muster delayed 45 mins, passengers left standing. We missed our Dinner Friday night as pagers did not work. Arrived 3 hours late in Zeebrugge, Missed our Segway experience. We waited over 45 minutes to get off the ship, There were 3 gangways out, only 1 in use. waited over 30 minutes to get back on, again 3 gangways out but only 1 in use. There was no organisation the staff were like headless chickens. Reception staff ignorant & miserable, very unhelpful. Watched an entire show, but could not get a drink. Some of the Captains announcements were inaudible, and his tone sounded more like Butlins at sea. Still no bill provided, money including what should have been on board credit was taken from our banks.

Cabin Review

Cabin HE

Cabin A705, small but all you need. Tidy but Balcony glass was dirty and could have done with a clean
