We chose this Cruise as other family members were going and we had had such a magical cruise in October 2017 in relocation from Hawaii to Sydney, we thought we couldn't go wrong. Well it has been such a disappointment. Cabin (along with a lot of other areas) need a big revamp. Staff are overworked, allocated too many tables in main dinning room that service is random at times, guest relations desk - have already let Celebrity know of issues, seapass cards not allowing us into cabin probably 9 days out of 12. Shows were awesome, however have been told that these shows have been the same for a couple of years now, unsure as to reliability of sources and if exaggerated or not.

Not into shopping onboard, however, hubby did purchase alcohol to take home and not a huge range but managed to obtain couple of bottles. Don't buy jewellery or clothing on board as no need.

In need of a major update, very dated and worn.
