I've sailed Norwegian four times. This was my first on Epic. I was reading reviews prior to the cruise and was slightly apprehensive.
It took me a good day or two to learn my way around the ship. A strange layout. And yes, the bathroom is not the best set up. I was prepared for that. And the complaints about not being able to get a lounge at or near pool is true. But this was nothing that ruined my cruise.
The crew were all very pleasant. Ship was clean. Food was plenty. If you couldn't find anything you liked, i think its a taste bud issue.

Slightly small. But for as much as you're in there, its fine. Bathroom is not the best set up, but you make it work.
