We decided to go on this cruise because our friends were going. I originally booked two regular rooms, but then we switched to the VERY EXPENSIVE Haven. Although it was very nice, I am not sure the trip was worth $16,000. The concierge staff in the Haven were not friendly at all. We were told they would help is book everything when on board and all was sold out. Whenever I would ask them things it would be like I was bothering them and I would get short answers. They told us not to do excursions one place and we ended up in a terrible place. Thankfully my friend spoke Spanish and we were able to get to a better place in Mexico. On the positive side of the Haven: our own deck and pool was amazing - the rest of the ship looked like Spring break - granted it was Easter week when we walked around there was no place to sit or even stand. Our room was a two bedroom suite and it was beautiful. There was not expense spared with the space, bathrooms, etc. The bartenders were great and friendly. Our butler was also great and so was the steward. The waitresses in the Haven restaurant here great, but a couple of the waiters had an attitude. It was nice to get preferential treatment for getting on and off the boat, but is it worth that much money. Probably not. I wouldn't want to be on any other floor , but SERVICE is key. I think I was totally spoiled on the Disney Cruise because the level of concierge service here didn't even compare.
