First vacation in a few years with the family. We have parents which are mid 50’s and 2 young adults, 23 and 25. Embarkation was easy but they separate you by terminal even if traveling together in a family. Parents were in the haven and had expedited check in while I and my sister took about 25 mins to get onboard. No big deal.

Ship was beautiful always clean and staff was friendly. We stayed in a mini-suite and enjoyed the double sink and nice shower. Room was big, sat on the balcony a few times and beds were soft. Saw our house keeper maybe 3 times during the whole cruise but always made the bed and gave us towels when needed.

Haven for the parents was incredible. Amazing service, always a friendly smile and the staff always tries to help with accommodations. If you are on the fence if you should upgrade to it or not, do it. Bed was big and comfortable, has own tanning area, pool always had kids but hot tubs were nice.
