just got back from 15 night best of india and sri lanka 10/o4 /18 in aqua class cabin 9061 .cabin ok but a little tired staff work hard to keep a good standard but sheets towels and carpets all need to be replaced I also had a chat with two ladies that were on deck 6 that were complaining of bed bugs in their cabin.the food in blu was very good and the staff were wonderful which is more than can be said for the oceanview café .I,m a early starter so I,m one of the first in for breakfast and everything was always cold except for the toast which was just warmed up bread if you asked for it to be done a bit more you got a look as if you were mad .at lunch if you wanted anything other than Asian dishes the choice was very poor. on one day there was fish and chips which looked very nice but the fish was so hard that you could not cut into it and the chips well its the first time I,ve had chips that were brunt on the outside and still frozen on the inside. the shore excursions got off to a bad start with the one I was looking forward to most cancelled before I left with hindsight I wish they had all been cancelled as they were all poor value except for the walking tour in sri lanka which was very good ,the sightseeing and shopping in Phuket was disgraeceful late starting no stops for food or drinks at the last stop at a shopping mall at 6pm we were told it would be 1 1/2 hr stop most people wanted to return to the ship but were told if you did you would have to make your own way back to the ship a 10 minute walk which turned out to be a 25 minute taxi ride I complained when back on the ship and was told it was the first time this trip had been run I hope it was the last
