We chose this cruise for its ports of call....overall the cruise was just ok...the rooms and ship itself are in serious need of updating and a complete overhaul~I have never been on a ship (with any cruise line) that vibrates as much as this ship did....the crew members were rude, almost as if they were doing us a favor~our stateroom refrigerator did not work, the wake up call system on the ship was broken according to our steward, thus a knock on the door each morning when they showed up! Security on this ship is a joke....they are of no help! One person only working each buffet line , so be prepared to wait 20 to 30 minutes just to get food! Best food and service we got was OFF the ship in the ports! Carnival seriously needs to dock this boat, refurbish it, and do some employee courtesy training.....Disembarkation was a complete NIGHTMARE! I would be sooo upset if i had paid what other passengers stated they had paid for this cruise! Food was redundant, service horrible, long lines and let me tell you if you have a problem, guest services are rude and simply do not care! The worst service i have ever gotten on any cruise line or ship! when i called carnival upon my return home to report the issues we had, they could have cared less.
