Our most recent cruise was with Cunnard on the Queen Victoria for fifty days circling South America. We chose this cruise for it's exciting itinerary. We had not previously cruised with Cunnard but were looking forw ard to it's legendary excellence.

The ship was beautifully appointed and well maintained. The staff and service at dinner, in the lounges, and shops was excellent. The cabin steward was outstanding. However, there were disappointments.

After a tiring and curt embarkation in Ft. Lauderdale, my luggage was missing for six hours after we were at sea. It was found with tags attached. When we disembarked fifty days later, one fully tagged bag was missing. It was found in the area of unlabeled luggage, tags intact.
