We chose this cruise because of the itinerary. We were not disappointed by that at all. The Ship was small and I missed the Promenade Deck. Centrum is too small and confining. We feel the same way about the dining room. Cramped space and service was not good. Food was great, we only ate in the main dining room 3 of our 10 nights. We did greatly enjoy the Specialty Restaurants and didn't mind paying the surcharge for it. Not enough activities and the entertainment was boring. Cruise director was bland. No music on the pool deck during the day. Our Stateroom was clean and comfortable and our Steward Alvin was wonderful. Embarkation was very smooth and we were on the ship in less than 20 minutes. Debarkation was horrible. The lines were too long and it seemed chaotic.

I will definately give Royal Caribbean another try but not on Serenade.
