We booked a 3 day leg of this cruise to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. We had a terrible time and MSC succeeded in ruining what should have been a landmark celebration. There were 18 in our party and we have a long list of issues we have taken up with MSC, which includes:
- Almost 4 hours to board the ship at Hamburg - no water, no assistance, we had a 4, 6, 8 and 71 year olds in our group. Shocking!
- Contents of our suitcases soaking wet - not just one or two cases, literally most of them. Clothes had to be dried out overnight in our spread out in our room
