Terrible cruise from the 2hr wait to board to the lack of entertainment with no water , seats or toilets no response from customer service 

Food very poor sometimes inedible

hygiene very poor sanaizer empty on many occasions

long wait for any service up to 25 mins for a teapot with hot water in and a tea bag still in its packet .rude customer service 

no curfew for screaming children 

extra changes for bowling 

lack of entertainment

change of port or Amsterdam 

very poor information on board 

no entertainment during days at sea  

having only just persuaded my brother to cruise he now has been well and truly put off by this experience we sailed with Royal Caribbean last year which was faultless .
