If ever on The Serenade, visit Chops Grill one night, great steak! Stay away from My Time Dining. The dining room staff have not figured it out yet. I had reservations every night and had to wait every night. Pool staff did not have a clue as how to handle saving of chairs by the pool. The entertainment was very poor. The RC singers were terrible. No name entertainment a couple of nights that were low end at best. I felt like Royal Carribean is trying to nickle and dime you to death now, now charge for room service and Wifi is very expensive and was so slow it was not worth the expense. RC staff at check in had no idea of what they were doing and departure was worst. No one available at the pier to answer any questions about departure and customs. At one time Royal Carribean was better than this, I hope they get their act back together.

Cabin Review

Junior Suite

Cabin JS

Junior suite is a good value, room is probable twice the size as a regular balcony room.
