First the hits: Philip and Okta in the 5th floor coffee shop were excellent.
The staff in the kids club were enthusiastic and always engaged with the children. My kids loved the activities and were happy to go to the club.
The specialty dining restaurants were worth the expense, although reservations were picked over quickly. The service in the main dining room was solid. Almost all of the staff seemed happy to provide service.
