First cruise. My wife and 2 friends came with us and we all had a great time. The food at the buffet was average but decent, what you'd expect. The food at the specialty restaurants was excellent. Service was excellent and everyone on board was very professional. You get well taken care of. All the ports were fun. The Bahamas is fantastic, Key West was great. Cuba was beautiful and full of history but where the ship docks is in the Old Havana area and is pretty rough. Don't ride on the horse pulled buggies. Use a professional service for a tour. The all-inclusive drink deal is fantastic!!!! We got a room with a balcony and it was perfect. Opened the door at night and listen to the waves, really nice. The boat is a little old but the room was much better than I thought it would be.

My only complaint was the embarkation and disembarkation. They've got to figure out a better way to do that. The lines were horrible and it shouldn't take that long. Other than than, we had a great time and will do it again.
