As loyal Lattitude members we were awarded a less then pleasant experience on the getaway. It was our second time on this ship and the first time we were able to stay in the Haven after we upgraded from our mini suite. This time the Haven was booked and we thought how much different can it be if we've booked a mini suite it's the next best level.
Oh how wrong we were!!!
The difference in service was the most striking. We had been on the Escape last year and again upgraded to the Haven as loyal Norwegian cruisers we thought we would be OK.

Mid-Ship Mini-Suite with Balcony
dated and dingy needed a serious cleaning before we got there and never saw it while we were there.
the carpet had stains and a terrible odor.
