We choose this cruise because of it going to the Caribbean. This was our first time on Royal Caribbean, but have been on Carnival multiple times. Overall a good cruise, but some improvements are needed. We also noticed that Carnival beats Royal Caribbean in a few areas. When you book a suite, you should get upgrades that go along with it, (Carnival offers) like complimentary bottles of water, priority chairs at the pool deck and so on. The only real thing we received from booking a suite is the larger stateroom and it was a great room. We used the spa for a couples massage and during the entire massage while the relaxing sounds were playing, the kids that were running around on the mini put golf course right above us were very distracting, not so relaxing after all. The food was very good everyday. We booked the all access tour of the ship on day 6, but never received anything from the excursions desk as to where to meet or what to wear. I had to call and guest services told us where to go and when we got there were sent back to our room to put on long pants and closed toe shoes, (makes since, just no one told us prior to.)
Very large and great balcony. Nice place to sit and relax while drinking coffee and Wife was getting ready.
