Sixth year of cruising, worst experience yet. The customer service was great, however, based off past experience , I just believe the quality of the food on the ship was poor. The pizza was overlooked everyday in Windjammer and the burgers were gross. The buns were hard and the desserts were not the best. This ship is not for a foodie. The food in the main dining room was also just OK. I had maybe two dishes where I was pleased.

I also want to take time to address my stateroom. Yes we did book later than usual, however our room was a large interior. The hunter green interior and the mirrored wall was so outdated, and I felt like I was in a cave. SO I was told this ship wil retire within the next year or two, so maybe Royal Caribbean is just counting down the days for this ship.

So, by now you know my distaste for the cruise, however I do have a couple of positive takeaways. First off Royal Caribbean has plenty of awesome ships, especially the Oasis Class ships! We cruised on the Allure of the Seas last spring break and LOVED it! My second positive takeaway is the unwavering customer service. Everyone was extremely friendly, and willing to help!
