We live near the Port of Tampa, so this was a convenient choice. We've cruised the Dawn before, and had good experiences in the past; unfortunately, this was different (and not at all the best experience we've had with NCL and the Dawn). *The overall attitude of the majority of the crew was extremely poor -- from the first day until the last. Even during the disembarkation process, I overhead an employee at the Guest Services desk screaming, "I am full! Take my contract and tear it up."

*We were actually harassed by a masseuse who refused to give us directions to a specific location UNLESS we would "get into his chair for a massage first!" We were NOT in the spa when this happened -- we were actually walking down a public hallway near elevators. Completely unacceptable! Read more
