Ports of call were good - not excellent! Why stop at locations that have nothing to offer? An example woud be Hilo, Hawaii.

The destination personnel were not well trained. Priority guests were not treated like priorities! In most situations - waitlist was an imaginary item.

Basically I would say the ship personnel were very friendly and dedicated employees. Upper management needs to wake-up!

Cabin Review

Penthouse Suite

Cabin A

No storage room. Why did they move the glass shelves to the lower level - lost storage space. The renovation did not include any new items in this cabin! Old bathroom - old carpet - old furniture???????

Location of the Penthouse A suites was pathetic. Would you like to be directly beneath the fitness center? The thump, thump, thump from people running on treadmills starting at 6 AM was disgusting! Complaints were not even acknowledged!
