We chose this cruise as we thought it would be a great family holiday. Right from the begining of booking the cruise we were asked to change our date as the cruise we requested had been booked out by a company. Once we chose another date, we could not get a cabin for a family of 4 & were asked if we would have 2 seperate rooms which we declined. After taking it to the MD we got a room for the 4 of us! The service was shocking, staff very rude & unhelpful.

The Embarkation & parking was a nightmare, once on board it was chaos not knowing what to do or where to go with staff shouting out orders.

The kids clubs & activities were very badly organised & often left unattended. Online there was not age limit on Play Station yet when we got there we were told my son was not allowed as he is only 10, a huge dissapointment & false adveritising! Read more
