This cruise was a big disappointment. The ship is much too crowded and the staterooms way too small. I’m 6ft and my feet hung over the end of the bed. There is much too little deck space and facilities for the number of passengers. You can’t get a deck chair. The staff seem more concerned about the efficiency of their operations than in serving customers needs. Very poor service. I will not use this cruise line again. A few examples: on the last day the Dauly handout said that Tastes Restaurant would be open until 9:30 for breakfast. We arrived at 9 and were told they were closed. They didn’t care that the schedule showed otherwise. They simply said the kitchen is closed so that’s it. In the Manhattan Dining room I was served both my soup and my appetizer at the same time. Deck chairs were impossible to get.
