Liked the back to back cruise and the club class. Our cabin was huge (close to 500 sq ft) - for some reason we were given a handicapped room and I was worried about how the bathroom would work out. Turned out it was no problem other than not having a bathtub. On board entertainment was great but you needed to get to the theater a good 30 minutes before each show.

Conditioner and shampoo combo was terrible and the hair dryer was not very strong. Beds were very comfortable. Food was stupendous and as usual the staff was the greatest. International Café is one of best kept secrets on Princess ships. Most of passengers on ship are older - definitely not a party boat.

I spent a couple of days at the Retreat area of the ship. The pool there was great. You need to sign up for this as soon as you get on the ship if you want to rent a cabana which is the way to go. The loungers were so comfortable and they served me afternoon tea poolside.

Cabin Review

Mini-Suite with Balcony

Cabin ME

Large and very clean. Comfortable beds. Conditioner/shampoo combo was terrible. Hair dryer did not have much oomph. Wi-Fi was absolutely the best thing on the whole cruise. Ocean Medallion was not available as yet for our cabin but they gave us a $100 OBC each. Room service was great. My husband needed distilled water for his sleep machine (not sure what medical name is) and Joey our cabin boy brought a gallon jug right away and we did not even get charged for it. We had two huge separate closets and more drawer space then 10 people could use. Couch was not overly comfortable. Wish the TV's had less sports networks and had CNN.

Port Reviews

Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades)

We flew in the night before just in case weather was bad. We are from midwest and snow and ice storms are not uncommon. This results in way less stress. Hotel provided no cost transfers from airport to hotel and then from hotel to ship. Mariott Courtyard.

Falmouth

Felt very uncomfortable here the entire time. There were State Department warnings for the Montigo bay area. Not very clean and store people swarmed you while in the shops.

Princess Cays

Princess Cays is owned by Princess. They provide food on paper plates and it is your typical barbecue. Beach is kind of rocky. Recommend water shoes. Very pretty island.

St. Maarten

So sad - this island needs a lot of help after the hurricane.
