One of my favorite Carnival Ships. The Imagination never disappoints. This smaller ship is perfect for the cruising purist. The cruise basics: large clean room (inside on carnival is larger than industry standards) , excellent and attentive service, MDR with wonderful service, and days of sun sun sun. No bells and whistles like the larger ships but so enjoyable for me and my 2 friends.

First time cruising out of Long Beach, I am an east coaster. However, embarkation was quick. Headed straight to the pool with our carry on's got a drink, stuffed our shorts and t shirts in our bags. (trunks on under neath) and immediately started enjoying the sun. And did so for the rest of the cruise.

Room was ready when we went down about 3:30, changed napped and headed to dinner MDR. Service was wonderful as always on Fantasy Class ships. (Despite the awful decor) And each dinner that followed on the cruise was delicious with wonderful service. Chocolate Melting Cake every night.
