Our itinerary was supposed to be the first 2 days at sea while getting into warmer weather where everyone could enjoy the ship. Well on day 1 (Monday) the captain stated on the loud speakers that the ship had a mechanical issue and couldn't make 24Knots and he was going to change the itinerary. Was supposed to be Wed. in Puerto Vallarta, Thur. in Mazatlán and Fri. Cabo San Lucas. Well he went to Cabo on Tuesday. Originally supposed to be 9-6pm but with the new day the times changed to 11-5 but that didn't really happen due to tender boats arriving later. We had 10 in our group and a couple of us had made fishing reservation for the original Friday on a private boat for $600. That was booked on a credit card and the boat was booked for Tuesday since the captain changed us up. Well after several phone calls we eventually received a refund (very relieved). We didn't have time for an excursion with the last minute changes so we got to shore around 1 and walked around, up to Cabo Wabo and back. The ship requested everyone be back on board by 4pm. Total cluster F if you know what I mean. Needless to say but I'll say it. Cabo was a bust for everyone.

So as day 2 is coming to an end we can't find anything good to say about the ship. Our stateroom was a Portal Window on the 4th deck. One bed has a huge crater in the middle and the other is pretty good. The toilet area just stinks the whole trip as if the sewage smell is coming from the storage tanks. As we walk about the ship all the women in our group are complaining about the bathrooms throughout the ship. Most are out of order and are overflowing or just plain don't work. We did tell staff about the issue but after 3 days we gave up. They were never repaired before our departure.

So navigating the ship was a problem also. It didn't flow right and after 5 days we were still meeting people that were lost. That didn't happen on our Carnival cruise. You would be trying to get to the back of the ship and would hit a wall, you'd have to go the other side of the ship to get through to the back. It was very weird.
