chose this cruise because of sailing out of San Francisco . Sailed eight months ago on same to Alaska. We returned because our overall on last cruise was exceptional entertainment in lounges and we enjoyed Alaska so much. We felt that the main lounges were bargain basement this time-band that you would see at a county fair. Booked a suite this time and last 2 days were workers repairing things overhead and very noisy. We could never get a reservation to specialty restaurants. Dining room food was bad again and ended up in buffet every night. Concierge in dining- asked for a table for 2-he says let me see your card and literally pulls me by my card which is around my neck . Diningroom servers not friendly-frony desk rude and bored-cruise directors and staff-excellent as were room stewards. cabin nice and roomy-beds great. Dont know if Ill return or not.
