My friend and I chose to do this cruise because her mother was going to be on it for her birthday. .this was our first time on Princess Cruises. We enjoyed ourselves but found the entertainment to be lacking. The theater is small and production shows are only shown twice on the same evening leaving other nights with little to do especially the last night. The cruise director announced he was headed home after this cruise for his break so maybe he was tired. The ship is very nice and laid out fine. The main entertainment seemed to rely on watching movies. Great selection of movies but needed more than movie watching. Nothing going on by the main pool except some recorded music and movies.

Food was good and the selection was fine. We loved the Crown Grill. International Cafe was nice. The Horizon Bistro was good and laid out in a way that prevented crowds. Gelato had very limited hours.

Easiest embarkation ever. Cabins were ready when we got on. Muster drill was easy and fast.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin BV

Listed as obstructed balcony but able to see out just fine. Lifeboats were below so looking straight down was not great but looking out was beautiful.

Port Reviews

Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades)

Very easy embarkation.

Princess Cays

Nice beach day. Drop off to enter the water is tricky to navigate and rocky bottom. Wear water shoes.

St. Thomas

Love St. Thomas! Use the local safari bus for transportation. Much cheaper than taxi rates.

St. Maarten

Stayed onboard for this port but friends said the island is doing much better.
