Let me start by saying I have done 4 Carnival cruises and never had a bad experience until now; our last Carnival was 3 years ago.
Cabin- we had Deck 7 interior, mirror on wall was smashed needed repair. Toilets did not flush frequently. Bed was comfortable and room steward good.
Lido Deck Buffet- SOS daily, never a change.
