Wow. What a great ship and cruise line. We have been cruising with Princess the last four times and thought it was time for a change. And I’m glad we did! Embarkation and disembarkation were an absolute breeze, service was excellent. From the pool guys to the officers, everyone was wonderful. The ship layout was lovely and simple to navigate. Our verandah room 8014 was lovely and quiet. We never heard anyone outside of the cabin. We also had a small bathtub in the bathroom, that I used for a bath. First time ever on a ship. Half Moon Cay was the most amazing island/beach I have ever experienced. It was heaven on Earth. Seriously. We had one shore excursion in Cozumel that was just ok. Expensive like they all are. We loved the Dive In for a quick hamburger and fries, the lido buffet for a quick bite and ice cream cone and dinner in the main dining room for 4 star dining. We loved the “Walk of Music” with BB Kings, Dueling pianos and a string quartet. No one was pushy with us to buy stuff, which I appreciate. The Captain was accessible and I actually got to meet him. First time ever in 8 cruises. We will definitely be back. Thank you, HAL!!

Cabin Review

Deluxe Ocean-View Verandah Stateroom

Cabin VA

We loved this cabin. It’s in a great location, right under the spa. Our steward, Won was top notch. There aren’t any cabins across the hallway so it was very quiet. There was some movement while the ship was cruising perhaps because it was in the bow of the ship but I didn’t mind it.
