This was a last minute cruise decision. While embarkation process went smoothly, the whole process takes place past the stern of the boat, so once you check in, you have to walk and carry your carry on's to the bow of the boat to board the board and than if you or like us, with a aft room, you have to walk all the way to the aft of the boat to get to your room and get your room key. So when you board the boat, you don't have a room key so you can't purchase any beverages, makes it hard in the hot Florida sun to carry all of this without a drink. Room was OK, clean, but used, a decent dent in the wall of the room, the mirror in the bathroom showing its age, the back deck and furniture were all ok, the beds seemed smaller than before, not sure. We used to have a morning and evening service from the room stewards, but now it is just one and you get to pick. I like having clean towels for both the shower and pools and only having 1 service with clean towels was not well received, is this new or something only Carnival does? Also, no ice bucket in the room, I have been known to tip will to keep my ice bucket full, but not on this cruise. Food at the premium steak house was great, other food to include the main dining room was just average. The Guy's Burger Place and the Guys BBQ are Great Additions to the boats that have them. Dr E (Cruise Director) was out of this world, he does not know the word tired or sleep, hope to see him soon again.
