We needed to choose a cruise that fit a time slot on our calendar. WE SAID WE WOULD NEVER book Carnival again after the last 2. We are pleased we did. The reason we said no to booking again (mom and I).....was because the craziness, loud crown, lower class of people, and not so clean ships last go around. I am not knocking those who book, as I am one of those who booked, but there is a difference in the crown you get for the lower price. I am thinking more of a party crowd pays for the lower price. We are not a party crowd, therefore our expectations of a cruise are more middle upper class, relax, etc. We really wanted to go and this was the only one near us during the time frame we had so we went for it.

Highlights-

There is an area for adults to go to get away from loud and crazy crowds (Serenity Deck/area)

Cabin Review

Ocean View

Cabin 6A

I was surprised. I remember the cabin being smaller. I thought it was good. I know they are all pretty small, but there was plenty of room for relaxing and for the three of us.

It was CLEAN! They must have done some updating. I heard many rumors prior to going and I was pleasantly surprised at how clean it was.

Port Reviews

Nassau

We liked going to the stores etc. We have done this many times so ti was no surprise. There was a fun beach we walked to and did not need a cab or a tour to get there. I wish we would have avoided the Hard Rock eatery in Nassau:-( It took over an hour to get our food and it was not busy.
