Where do I start !!!! I’ve been on 35 plus cruises so I can safely say I know my stuff and this was a nightmare from start to finish , this cruise line honestly do not have a clue how to run a cruise ship the service was awful,the food was disgusting,the ship was freezing ,the staff were rude ,it was like a bun fight in the buffet ,the kids club opened ad hock hours or were so unapproachable the kids wouldn’t go in ,I’ve never heard so many British people shouting freedom when we arrived back in Southampton and at one point I thought there was going to be a mutiny as there were so many angry customers,when we stopped off at Hamburg guests were waiting up to 5 hours to board the ship and it was freezing,this company do not care everything onboard costs money be warned do not book with this cruise company even if you think it’s cheap it’s cheap for a reason it’s horrible be warned .
