Embarkation was quick and simple. The ship was spotless. Our cabin was well maintained and clean. The entertainment was great especially the Celebrity singers and dancers. The main dining room meals were fantastic as was the service by the waiters there. We did experience several customer service issues which were disappointing as we expected more as this is not a budget cruise line. Issues ranging from waiting 25 minutes to order a drink at the bar and eventually giving up. When asking Guest Services for the time and date of your online event booking only to be told to go upstairs to Cellarmasters and ask them ( one would expect guest services to pick up the phone and find out for you). The steak I ordered in the Tuscan Grill was very fatty and not edible, in their defence they did offer me another one however my husband had finished his meal so there was little point. Given the extra cost to dine there we expected a better experience. The compulsory safety drill was drawn out, a bit unorganised (at our muster station) and showed a childish video about the procedure. Disembarkation was simple and well organised. In Summary= A good cruise but not a great cruise ! We may cruise with Celebrity again but they will not be our first preference.
