We booked this cruise because of the itinerary , the stop to Tortola was the main reason because I wanted to go back there. Well hurricanes changed that for us. Not real happy with Falmouth and Grand Cayman as this was almost identical to our cruise 2 years ago.

First, let me start with checking in ...Nightmare... the worst of the 12 NCL cruises that I have ever had we were in "the line" for 3 hours, our cards did not work the first time we tried to get on the ship. We skipped the pictures because we were ready to eat, got on the ship just at 3pm and the only place to eat was the pub. Rooms were okay, actually our steward was the nicest employee we dealt with. I made sure to get our bed closest to the balcony as to not have the toilet by the bed. FOOD.... we ate at 4 special dinning places. We had to wait a lot at all except for Teppanyaki. They have made changes to the menus and not for the good, no longer steak for lunch at main dinning rooms, no pizza or chicken parm at LuCina , Cagney's was good the 2 times we ate there, one of our waiters was so sour and unpleasant at Cagneys we kind of made fun out of how sour she was. Buffet was very crowded and they seem to take the food away just as many were getting on after being ashore. Most of the staff was not friendly or even smiled. Kids club for my 12 year old was great, he loved it and he will really miss kids club as this is his last year now it is on to the teen club which is mostly teenagers saying as many cuss words as they can in one week. The shows were not of my taste but loved the Ledgend group. Internet was terrible we were given the 250 mintues as a promotion, I would have hated to pay 125.00 for this as it hardly worked. We have been on many different NCL ships, the Pearl, Jewel, Star, Spirit and the Dawn and even on the Epic once before and all were better cruises than this one. Like I said, I know NCL can do better.
