1st thing that was very well organised, was the embarkation process. I was pleasantly surprised, as to how quick and smooth it was. Something that could be improved, was for more staff to be on hand to assist with elderly people. We had a 94 year old lady in our group and it was difficult finding someone to assist her. I know that we tried to late, prior to the cruise, to make arrangements for assistance. Never the less, we found everything else to have been just perfect. From the entertainment to dining and excursions lived up to our expectations.
Some other issue that could also be addressed, is for better signage or explanations as to how to get to cabins. Although it took us only the 1st day to find our way around the boat, I noticed that some people were still battling on the last day to get their way around the decks. I found that most people would go up to the upper deck 11, walk across to the other end of the ship and then down to their required floor.
Very well done and many thanks to MSC for and excellent overall cruise.
There was a awful smell in the bathroom which could not be resolved. This was also in another bathroom in one of the other cabins that was occupied by one of the touring party.
Otherwise the cabin was perfect and the cleaning service was excellent
