After traveling on other cruise lines I wanted to experience Norwegian Cruise Lines. We enjoyed the balcony room very much and the staff throughout the ship was very helpful and friendly. I found the ship hard to navigate and it had several locations where you could not get to the outside deck or go forward on the ship where you wanted to. The restaurants had good food but not terribly exciting. The excursions we booked were very good and loved snorkeling in Cozumel, animal preserve in Honduras, Mayan ruins and spice farm in Belize and swimming with the Dolphins is always great. I would recommend you do not ever go to Diamond International as they do not tell the truth and will sell you diamonds that are not worth the price they charge. I fell for the diamonds under the bright shinny lights and then when I got them in regular light they look like silver earrings without any diamonds. Norwegian has employees that speak on the cruise about how great Diamond International is and they must be getting a kickback because it is a total rip off. I will probably never cruise with Norwegian again since there are other cruise lines with better meals and ships for the same price.
The cabin was typical not lots of room but the balcony was very nice. We spent most of the time in the room on the balcony. The room attendant was super and provided us with the usual towel animals on the beds in the evening.
