Went on the Epic 3 years ago, really enjoyed it. Cruised again on the Epic in January, 2018, worst cruise ever. The service was horrible, not too many smiiles from the staff except "WASHY, WASHY". The food was just OK, not too many choices at the breakfast buffet. Main restaurant food just OK again, our food was left on the cart for 20 minutes, when it was served to us, of course it was cold, had to return 2 plates because they were all cold and dried. A lot of chairs available though, which was fine. No formal dinner, too casual. The captain spoke to us only once during the whole trip, as opposed to other cruiselines where the captain reports to us every day at least once. The only good thing and I mean "REALLY GOOD" were the shows which exceeded my expectations. Last time on the Epic. Will try another ship next time, maybe it will be better. Don't recommend it at all, and I am not a very fussy person but this time, had to review this cruise.
