The cabin window was so filthy, we could barely see out, much less take pictures through it.
We reported it every day. They squirted salt water over the salt streaks without using soap, which didn't work.At the same time, they were washing the windows that were visible at the restaurants the proper way, soap and sqeegee. We wouldn't have booked the cruise under that circumstance.
The quality of the dining room food has diminished greatly.
The size of the drinks was smaller, especially the wine.
There is a $7.95 charge for cabin breakfasts now.
They have a port call at CoCoCay, their own island, which won't have any completed facilities until 2019, The call was cancelled due to heavy seas, because they don't have a dock. Of course they knew about it days before. Instead of making other arrangements, the took us down there and said surprise, surprise.
A very disappointing experience.
