The room was great although the bathroom and shower was small. This was in a balcony room bella experience. The room steward was not up to where he needed to be. He ignored us when we asked for something simple as ice in the room. The main dining room (Impanema) was slow getting around to taking orders on the first night but after that everything went smooth and was great. The food was out of the world. We did the trio dining package for three of the nights. The specialty restaurants were cozy. The wait staff was on the spot with taking food orders, bringing more drinks to the table and giving you enough time to enjoy your meal without attempting to rush your table out for another seating. The buffets had a nice assortment for the different nationalities which were on board. The entertainment was superb with a personal touch from Captain Massa on the last night in the theater. The safety briefing on the first day was quick. Embarkation and disembarkation was smooth and easy. The MSC for Me phone app was easy to use. Overall, great experience. I would not just go again on the Seaside but am already booked for the December 15, 2018 sailing with a different friend.
