Hello everyone, i just returned from an amazing cruise with my family for new years on the NCL Pearl. Great great great!! We are major cruisers ... we have been one one Princess cruise, one Carnival cruise, one Disney cruise and two Norwegian cruises. We love freestyle. Traveled with my hubby, and two kids 13 and 11.

We traveled here from Ontario, and we flew in to Bonita Springs (so much cheaper then flying into Miami!) and we drove two hours to the cruise port the next day.

EMBARKATION: Disaster!! This was probably the only bad thing about our cruise. Tons of people everywhere in mish-mash lines. They had specific lines (i.e. suite people here, latitudes members here etc) but that was completely ineffective. Took us almost 30 minutes to get through that line! Read more
