We live in Auckland,so we did back to back cruises AK to Perth back to Sydney & flew home. One thing about Celebrity Is when you board there is a glass of champagne to welcome you, which really means you are on a holiday. On this 32 days of cruising we met a lot of really nice Americans [not often we can say that, they have mellowed, must be the Trump factor that they all apologised for] & some great Aussies & Canadians & the odd Pom.

The big factor in giving the cruise a 5 is the crew, they were really, really great, you could not walk past a cleaner without them saying hello & are you enjoying your cruise. The cabins are large as are the bathrooms [they leave Princess for dead,& we are elite with that mob].The food was what you expect from a ship,it was great, but after 32 days you are ready for home cooked meals.

Some of the entertainment was really good, some was average, but the acrobats were incrediable.Boarding & disembarkation was good, some of the port disembarkations were a bit slow, but the ports were great.[Highly recommend the port of Picton in NZ,especially a tour to the Spy Valley winery [good wine, cheap on board tour & you will love the dog that vets you into the winery].
