Seaside MSC Cruise gets 10 points in some areas, however only 1 point in many others. We planned this cruise exactly year ago for our Spring Break 2018 and to be honest we are very disappointed. Seaside has the latest technology, design and decorations. However, customer service, the kids club and the inside stateroom are not their priority. Let's start with the stateroom. Our stateroom was an inside (floor 13) and it was too small for a family of 4. The two bunk-beds are on the top of the double bed, just 3 feet away. There is not room for anything else. It is almost impossible to be 4 people inside the stateroom at the same time. My husband and myself felt claustrophobic and anxious for the first time in our life. I know that most of the inside staterooms are small, but when I mentioned it believe me it is small (by the way this is not our first cruise). I am going to mention just some of the problems in the stateroom. The day that we arrived, my husband noticed that the bathroom smelled very bad. He mentioned it to John (our stateroom assistant, btw he was GREAT), and even that he cleaned the bathroom every day during the whole week, it smelled bad every single day. In addition, if you are on bed and the bunk-beds are open you cannot see the tv. In conclusion, our experience inside the stateroom was the worst.

Second, customer services and kids club. The cruise staff were not very friendly at all (of course with some exceptions) too sad. And finally, the kids club. My kids are 11 years old and they were crazy about the club until they went to the club. They said that the staff do not follow the daily schedule. That most of the time they do not do the activities that were planned, and they are not very sociable with kids like the people that work in other cruises usually are. They were not very excited to go to the club. Also, the main shows did not meet our expectations.
